Getting started
Set your language and currency first — every page after that follows your choice.
- Pick one of 16 languages from the globe icon at the top right. Prices are converted to that region's currency, and Arabic and Persian are laid out right-to-left.
- Signing up takes three steps: see the benefits, accept the terms, enter your details. Sign up →
- You can also start with a Naver or Kakao account, and if you use the same email as the Taein community (SNS) the two sign-ins link automatically. Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to get a reset link. Sign in →
Finding products
Search, categories or curated corners — every route shows the same product information.
- Use the search bar at the top and narrow it to a category. Browse products →
- Choosing a top-level category also lists the products in its sub-categories. Categories →
- The Best, New and Gift corners collect what is selling right now. Best sellers →
- Subscription products ship again automatically on the interval you set. Subscriptions →
- The global dojang directory lets you search by country and region. Find a dojang →
Placing an order
Add to the cart and pay in one go, or buy directly from the product page.
- In the cart you can change quantities, remove items and preview the shipping cost. Cart →
- You can order without an account — choose "Continue as guest" on the sign-in screen. Afterwards, look the order up with the order number and your email.
- Payment is by card (international cards included) or bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders are confirmed once the deposit is verified.
- Coupons and points you hold are applied at the payment step.
International shipping & customs
Choose the destination country and we calculate freight and taxes for that country up front.
- Shipping is calculated from weight, volume and destination zone. Where a published rate card exists for the country we apply it exactly; only countries without one fall back to a zone average.
- Estimated duty and VAT are shown before you pay, based on each item's HS code and declared value, including the destination country's de-minimis threshold.
- You choose between DDU (pay on arrival) and DDP (prepaid). With DDP the estimated tax is included in your payment, so no separate bill arrives locally.
- The displayed currency is a reference conversion based on your language; the actual charge and settlement are in Korean won (KRW).
After you order
Track delivery and request cancellations, exchanges or returns — all from My Page.

Rewards
Points and coupons are applied together at the payment step.
- Points are worth 1P = 1 KRW and become usable after the purchase is confirmed. Points →

Frequently asked questions
Can I order from outside Korea?
Yes. Choose the destination country and the shipping cost and estimated taxes for that country are calculated. The list of countries we ship to is on the checkout screen.
Who pays the customs duty?
If you choose DDU at checkout, the recipient pays on arrival. If you choose DDP, the estimated tax is paid with the order, so nothing is due locally.
Can I buy without creating an account?
Yes. Use "Continue as guest" on the sign-in screen, then look the order up later with the order number and your email.
Is the displayed price what I actually pay?
The displayed currency is a reference conversion for your language. The actual charge and settlement are in Korean won (KRW), so your card issuer's exchange rate may cause a small difference.
Do product descriptions change when I switch language?
Yes. Product names, summaries and descriptions are maintained per language; only fields not yet translated fall back to English.
