Domestic shipping

• Standard shipping KRW 3,000 · free on orders over KRW 50,000
• Extra charges apply to Jeju and remote islands
• Paid before 2 PM ships the same business day; delivery in about 1–3 days

International shipping

• We ship to over 200 countries. The rate is calculated automatically at checkout from the destination zone and the chargeable weight
• The chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L×W×H÷6,000). Bulky items such as chest protectors, mats and bags are billed on volume
• Orders above a set amount receive an international shipping discount, capped per zone
• Transit is typically 3–7 days for Asia, 5–12 days for the Americas and Europe, and 7–20 days elsewhere; customs can change this
• Made-to-order and embroidery options add production time

Duties & customs

• By default we ship DDU: duties and taxes are paid locally by the recipient on delivery
• At checkout you can choose seller-prepaid (DDP): you pay the estimated duties upfront and owe nothing on delivery
• Each country has a de minimis threshold, so small orders incur no duty. You can see the estimate at checkout
• We prepare and attach the commercial invoice required for customs (HS code, origin, declared value)

Domestic exchange & return

• You can request within 7 days of receiving the item
• For change-of-mind returns the customer covers round-trip shipping
• Washed, worn or damaged items, made-to-order goods such as embroidery, and opened electronic protectors or sensors cannot be exchanged or returned

International exchange & return

• For international change-of-mind returns the customer pays round-trip international freight, which can exceed the price of the goods
• If a parcel is refused or returned because duties were not paid, round-trip freight and any customs costs incurred are deducted from the refund
• Defects and wrong shipments are fully covered by us, both domestic and international

• Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is collected and inspected
• Depending on your payment method it can take additional business days for the refund to appear
• Duties and taxes already paid on an international order cannot be refunded by us; you must claim them directly from the destination customs authority
• Duties prepaid under DDP are refunded only if the order is cancelled before customs clearance
• Digital and online course products are refundable only if there is no viewing history
